You might not have created an account, only a subscription (they aren't created simultaneously).
We can have you set up and ready to go in two shakes of a donkey’s tail! Just follow these quick steps:
*Click the ‘Account’ button (little person) at the top right on any page.
*Fill in the required fields (such as name, email address, and your account password). Your password needs only to be 5 characters.
*Click the ‘Create my Account’ button.
You will then be sent an activation email (check your junk folder!). Follow the link to activate! Once the account is activated and you are signed in the ‘little person’ icon will change to your initials. You may need to log out, close the site, clear your browsing history and then sign back in to see your subscription(s) listed in your account.
It is super easy to make changes to your subscription! Just go to your account (the little icon at the top right of the page with your initials and click 'My Account' from the drop-down menu. It should then take you to a different page where you can click 'Subscriptions' and then 'Manage Subscriptions'. There you will be able to update or change your subscription frequency, which blends you receive, delivery address and even add more subscriptions! Of course, you can also cancel your subscription at any time.
